RBC is seeking a Senior Software Developer for Workday Integrations & Extend to lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Workday solutions across RBC's HR ecosystem. The role emphasizes hands-on Workday expertise, robust integration patterns, and collaboration with multiple teams to deliver scalable, secure outcomes.

• Workday implementation and support experience.
• 3-8 years of Workday experience.
• Hands-on technical development experience.
• Strong experience designing and developing Workday integration and extend solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise across Workday integration and extend technologies like App development, EIB, Core & Cloud Connectors, PICOF/PECI, Workday Studio, BIRT, custom reports, and calculated fields.
• Solid technical background in REST & SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, JSON, WSDL, WQL, Orchestrations, Web Services, and Java.
• Proven ability to design secure, scalable, and resilient integration/extend solutions.
• Experience with middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, ShapeIn, Azure Integration Services) is an asset.
• Strong communication skills with ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to develop integrations/extend applications to support project requirements.
