Reporting to the Director, ERP Platform Delivery & Support, as a Workday Integration Specialist, you will play a key role working with connectors to integrate Workday with other systems. This role is pivotal in designing, developing, and implementing scalable Workday integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Workday’s integration tools and methods, as well as experience in managing complex data flows and providing technical support for integration issues.

The Senior Workday Integration Specialist Will

• Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, RaaS, PECI/PICOF, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST).
• Develop and manage integrations using APIs, Workday Studio, and other Workday tools to ensure data accuracy and robust functionality across systems (ADP Workforce Now, Concur, and other third-party applications).
• Support and maintain existing integrations, troubleshoot issues related to integration workflows and data discrepancies, perform root cause analyses, and implement long-term fixes.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Partner with downstream stakeholders (HR, Payroll, IT, and Finance) to coordinate UAT testing, production deployments, and post-implementation support.
• Analyze new Workday releases related to integrations, assess their functionality, and evaluate their potential impact on business processes and system efficiency.
• Support HR and Finance teams during semi-annual Workday releases, including assisting with testing, cutover, and stabilization activities.
• Assist in the development, configuration, testing, and implementation of system upgrades and configuration changes within the ERP technology landscape, specifically focusing on Workday Financials, HCM, and Concur.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all integrations including design specs, data mapping, and technical workflows.

To be successful as a Senior Workday Integration Specialist with People Corporation, you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent education and experience) relevant to Information Technology or Business Administration.
• Workday certification(s) in Workday Extend and/or Workday Integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Workday HCM (core HCM, Recruitment, LMS, and Workday reporting), Workday Financials (configuration, testing, troubleshooting).
• 2+ years of experience with IT General Controls, GDPR, and related audit requirements.
• You have a strong technical background and a basic understanding of ERP Platforms including core GL and HCM.
