Job summary

DNV Energy Systems invites applications for a Senior Wind Energy Assessment Analyst to join our Wind Energy Assessment team in a dynamic, hybrid role. You will work across the U.S.

and Canada with engineers, meteorologists, and renewable energy professionals to evaluate wind resources, energy production, performance, and risk throughout project lifecycles. You will contribute to pre-construction and operational assessments, SCADA analytics, and innovation efforts, including remote sensing, LiDAR

Qualifications

• Experience in wind resource assessment and energy production analyses.
• Ability to interpret meteorological and operational datasets.
• Strong report writing and client communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support wind resource and energy production assessments for utility-scale projects.
• Collaborate with engineers, scientists, and other specialists to interpret datasets.
• Contribute to pre-construction, operational, and due diligence reviews.
• Assist with SCADA-based energy assessments and data analysis.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and client deliverables.
• Build trusted client relationships and participate in technical discussions.
