• Undergraduate degree or college diploma preferred and/or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of relevant operations or financial-services experience.

Responsibilities

• Research, investigate, and resolve Tax and Custodial Operations inquiries via phone and written channels within SLAs.
• Provide clear guidance to partners on requirements, procedures, and deadlines.
• Coordinate with operations teams and SMEs to resolve complex inquiries and escalate when needed.
• Support tax reporting activities across multiple lines of business, including tax slip generation and CRA filing support.
• Assist workload prioritization in response to changing business priorities and service requirements.
• Identify recurring issues and risks, and suggest improvements to reduce repeats and enhance service.
• Assist development, testing, and implementation of procedures, job aids, and controls.
