• Execute more complex transactions and overrides accurately, on time and in line with guidelines / procedures.
• Monitor the daily workflow and distribution for own functional area to meet SLA goals.
• Provide a broad range of operational support to officers and act as first point of escalation with partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and assist in analysis, testing and implementation of operating technologies.
• Support team managers with day-to-day operations and ensure efficient workflow.
