Job summary

Triumph Group of Companies is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Waterproofing to lead complex waterproofing initiatives from handover through closeout. You will own budgets, schedules, contracts and client relationships across several projects, guiding a team of estimators, superintendents and general contractors.

You will coach project managers, review their work, and develop procedures to improve the group. A senior role with real authority and impact on project outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years managing construction projects, with waterproofing/restoration or building envelope exposure.
• Post secondary education in construction management, engineering, or architectural technology (preferred, not required).
• Knowledge of CCDC contracts, lien legislation, and change orders/claims.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple waterproofing projects, owning schedule, budget, quality, and safety on each.
• Lead handover from estimating into production, confirming scope and site readiness.
• Review and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders; flag and mitigate risk.
