Job summary

Triumph Group of Companies is seeking a Superintendent to lead roofing and waterproofing on job sites across the Greater Toronto Area. You will own on-site activities, manage foremen and crews, uphold safety standards, and coordinate with project managers to keep schedules and quality on track.

You will bring 10+ years in field roofing/waterproofing and 5+ years in a supervisory role, with active certifications in WHMIS, First Aid/CPR, and JHSC levels.

Qualifications

• 10+ years field experience on commercial roofing and waterproofing.
• 5+ years as Superintendent or Foreman running crews.
• Valid safety certifications: Working at Heights, WHMIS, First Aid and CPR; JHSC Level 1/2.
• Able to read drawings and confirm field work matches.
• Valid Ontario driver’s license; willing to travel GTA and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Direct foremen and crews day to day on site.
• Own safety on site and lead inspections.
• Coordinate with Project Manager on schedule and manpower.
• Inspect work against drawings and specifications.
• Document daily reports and field measurements.
• Mentor junior superintendents and set site standards.
• Lead multiple sites or the largest project as needed.
• Support closeout with consultant and warranty documentation.
