Job summary

Triumph Group of Companies is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Roofing to lead our largest and most complex roofing projects from handover through closeout. You will own budgets, schedules, contracts, and client relationships on several jobs, working with estimators, superintendents, and contractors to keep work moving.

You also coach PMs and shape group procedures for day-to-day operations. This senior role requires credible leadership, strong negotiation, and a track record of delivering

Qualifications

• 10+ years managing construction projects, with meaningful time in roofing, sheet metal, or building envelope work.
• Post secondary education in construction management, engineering, or architectural technology (preferred, not required).
• Strong grasp of roofing assemblies, warranty requirements, and CRCA best practices.
• Working knowledge of CCDC contracts, lien legislation, and change orders/claims process.
• Ability to read architectural and structural drawings and specifications, and use MS Office and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple roofing projects, owning schedule, budget, quality, and safety on each.
• Lead handover from estimating into production, confirm scope, budget, and site readiness.
• Review and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders; flag and mitigate risk before signing.
• Build and maintain project schedules, assign crews and resources with the superintendents, and hold dates.
• Track costs, price change orders, and produce claims for delays and extras to protect margins.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and warranty documentation to prevent field stalls.
• Coach and mentor project managers and coordinators, and develop QC documents and procedures.
