R.V. Anderson Associates Limited in Nova Scotia is seeking an experienced Professional Engineer to lead municipal water and wastewater projects, including pumping stations, treatment facilities, and storage.

You will oversee engineering reports, calculations, drawings, and permit applications, and mentor junior staff to build strong, capable teams. In this role you will coordinate with interdisciplinary design teams, support business development in the region, and ensure timely, compliant

Qualifications

• P.Eng. license in NL, NS or NB.
• 7–9+ years of design and construction experience in water/wastewater facilities.
• Strong relationship-building and excellent written/verbal communication.
• Familiar with local design standards, permit approvals, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects involving municipal water and wastewater treatment, pumping and storage facilities.
• Support regional business development and proposals preparation.
• Oversee preparation of reports, calculations, specifications, drawings, permits, and operations manuals with P.Eng. seal.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary design teams and mentor junior staff.
• Ensure quality and timely delivery of project outputs to satisfy clients.
