Job summary

TYLin is seeking a Water Engineer to join our Water Sector team in the Greater Toronto Area. You will build and maintain client relationships, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to municipal infrastructure design across project phases.

The role emphasizes collaboration, technical leadership, and the ability to manage project schedules and communications while delivering innovative, sustainable solutions.

Qualifications

• P.Eng. with 5-10+ years of municipal infrastructure design experience in Southern Ontario & Canada.
• Familiarity with local planning/approval processes.
• Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships; support proposal processes.
• Manage and actively participate in municipal infrastructure design projects.
• Provide direction to design teams across all project phases and review drawings/reports.
• Mentor intermediate team members and collaborate with colleagues and clients.
