Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a VP of Business Development for Veterinary to own our largest multi-location deals. You will close $1M+ annually, engaging with owners and regional operators across veterinary groups. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, remote in USA or Canada.

The position focuses on large, strategic accounts. You will work with our leadership to craft proposals and negotiate contracts for multi-location practices, expanding to more locations and services

Qualifications

• Proven history closing $1M+ annually with large multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to veterinary groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long consultative sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Own full cycle of large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close (3–12 months).
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders.
• Drive expansion to additional locations and services after signing.
