Raymond James Ltd. is seeking an accomplished executive to lead the Junior? Senior Vice President, Correspondent Services, overseeing strategy, growth, regulatory compliance, client experience, and financial performance.

The role reports to the COO and steers the firm’s clearing, custody, and operational solutions for brokers, PMs, and institutional clients. You will direct a high-performing team, drive strategic initiatives, and foster executive relationships with clients and regulators, while

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in wealth management, custody, correspondent clearing, capital markets, or related financial services sectors.
• Executive leadership with accountability for growth, financial performance, and organizational leadership.
• Deep understanding of the Canadian investment dealer and wealth management landscape.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and operating within highly regulated environments.
• Proven success leading strategic growth, change, and transformation initiatives.
• Exceptional relationship management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline; advanced professional designations are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall strategy, performance, and growth of RJCS.
• Drive business development across introducing broker, portfolio manager, and select institutional channels.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with clients, regulators, and industry partners.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, governance, and risk management requirements.
• Oversee operational excellence, service delivery, and innovation.
• Sponsor and support strategic initiatives including technology modernization and transformation programs.
• Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing leadership team.
• Represent RJCS within Raymond James and across the Canadian wealth management industry.
