Formación

• Minimum 3 years of financial industry or related experience.
• Experience with industry related systems is an asset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; willingness to learn new applications.
• Strong organizational, time management and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Process stock certificate deposits and related reconciliations.
• Serve as primary contact for advisors via phone and email.
• Support advisors by researching inquiries and resolving issues.
• Assist with shareholder communications including proxy voting and fees processing.
• Manage high-risk activities and competing priorities with accuracy.
