• Undergraduate degree; advanced professional designations are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead RJCS strategy, performance, and growth.
• Drive business development across client channels.
• Maintain executive relationships with clients, regulators, and partners.
• Ensure regulatory, governance, and risk management compliance.
• Oversee operations, service delivery and innovation.
• Sponsor technology modernization and transformation programs.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing leadership team.
