Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or InVision.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Strong visual design skills with typography, color, and layout.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for new features and products, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity mockups and prototyping.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
• Create intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user interfaces that align with brand guidelines.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and successful implementation.
• Advocate for user needs and best practices throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence.
