Job summary

Top P harmaceutical Company is seeking a Lead UX/UI Designer in Saint-Laurent, QC. The role leads the UX/UI vision across mobile (iOS/Android), web apps, and websites, building a scalable design system and partnering with Product, Engineering, and Business teams within a 19‑person in‑house Agile team.

You will drive end‑to‑end UX, ensure accessibility, and champion user‑centered design in a hybrid work model with on‑site presence two days per week.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in UX/UI leadership for mobile and web
• Strong portfolio with end‑to‑end UX ownership
• Experience delivering design systems across platforms
• Familiarity with accessibility and mobile guidelines
• Fluent in English and French

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end UX across mobile, web, and websites
• Define and evolve a unified design system and visual language
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and validate designs
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams in Agile
• Mentor team members and ensure design quality across sprints
