Job summary

Snipp Interactive is a global provider of promotions and loyalty technology. We seek a hands-on Senior Customer Experience Designer who translates complex requirements into intuitive, visually compelling experiences.

You’ll own client program design, work with cross-functional teams, and leverage AI tools to scale quality and speed. You’ll design journeys, campaigns, and production-ready interfaces, while collaborating with the VP of Customer Experience and departments across Product,

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in UX, digital, product, or visual design.
Strong typography, composition, hierarchy, and detail in design.
Portfolio with brand-led digital experiences and journeys.
Experience taking meaningful design work from brief through execution.
Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
Hands-on use of AI tools in creative or production work.

Responsibilities

Own the UX and design execution for loyalty, rebates, promotions, and campaigns.
Design polished, brand-led responsive sites, landing pages, and assets.
Present and explain experience decisions to clients and lead discussions.
Use AI tools to concept, prototype, and produce output while maintaining quality.
Collaborate with Product and Development to build reusable UX patterns and templates.
Maintain accessibility, responsiveness, brand consistency, and align with program rules.
