Job summary

Snipp Interactive is seeking a sharp, adaptable Project Manager to join our growing team in Vancouver. You’ll own delivery on a portfolio of promotions, rebates, and sweepstakes from sales handoff through launch, reporting, and wrap, coordinating with clients, internal teams, and distributed development teams.

The role requires 3–5 years in project management, strong client service, and the ability to translate technical concepts into clear client language.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in project management, digital/marketing operations, marketing technology or a client-facing agency role.
3 to 5 years of project or program management experience, with at least 2 years leading client-facing programs in promotions or loyalty.
Excellent client service with diplomatic written and verbal communication to enterprise stakeholders.
Solid understanding of the full program lifecycle from intake to reporting and the ability to scope requirements.
Comfort with technical concepts and translating complexity into client-friendly language.

Responsibilities

Own intake and scoping from sales handoff and convert contracts into milestones and a delivery plan.
Configure program setup on the Snipp platform including rules, logic, and client reporting.
Own the legal and compliance path on every program with rules, prize structure, privacy handling, and reviews.
Own QA and UAT, test in staging and production, and coordinate client UAT and defect logging.
Surface risk early and present mitigation options with cost and effort estimates.
Manage scope and change requests with written client approvals before work starts.
Oversee multiple concurrent programs, set priorities, and communicate with clients and devs across time zones.
Escalate and help resolve participant-facing issues requiring tier-1 support.
Coordinate reward fulfillment, vendors, and agency partners while respecting brand standards and approvals.
Maintain accurate program tracking and reporting for clients and internal stakeholders.
Be adaptable and eager to learn new concepts in this evolving field.
