Job summary

Yoush Consulting is seeking an experienced UX designer to lead end-to-end UX initiatives from strategy through go-live in a Toronto, Canada setting.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define problem space, translate user needs into designs, and ensure seamless implementation with developers. You will mentor junior designers and stay ahead of industry trends to continuously improve the user experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience participating in complex projects (products)
• Expertise in UX software: JustInMind, InVision, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, Axure, Figma, Zeplin; HTML5/CSS3/JS knowledge a plus
• Ability to clearly write user-friendly content for related design

• Collaborate withdevelopers to ensure seamless implementation of designs, providingguidance and support throughout the development process.
• Continuously iterate andimprove designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and emergingindustry trends.
• Act as a mentor andprovide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity,collaboration, and innovation.
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in participating in complex projects (products) of different sizes, ensuring alignment to plans, best practices and incorporating user-centred design processes and agile (scrum) methodologies.
  
• Expertise in UX software such as JustInMind, InVision, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, Axure, Figma, and Zeplin. HTML5, CSS3, and JS skills (React, Angular, NodeJS), are a plus.
  
• Ability to clearly write user-friendly content for related design
