Equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

Leads end-to-end planning, production, and execution of flagship events.
Develops and pitches strategic event concepts to senior leadership.
Coordinates timelines, vendor relationships, and creative briefing with internal teams.
Produces first drafts of speeches and event communications.
Ensures events comply with procurement guidelines, accessibility, and safety policies.
Mentors and trains events staff and student volunteers.
