Join to apply for the Senior Underwriter role at Northbridge Financial Corporation.

Our Underwriters customize solutions for our commercial clients when they need insurance products to cover construction, property, auto, and more. They work closely with our extensive broker network to develop unique solutions for all classes of risk.

As a Senior Underwriter, you are passionate about maintaining strong relationships with our brokers. This includes timely communication via emails and phone calls, as well as regular in-person broker meetings. Working in a collaborative team, there are opportunities for coaching, mentoring, and development from more experienced underwriters to help grow your risk appetite.

You’re great at:

• Underwriting
• Sales & Negotiation
• Building relationships

You have:

• 5+ years of Underwriting experience
• Completed or pursuing CIP, FCIP, or RPLU designations
• Strong customer service background
