Job summary

about this team

The Treasury team is responsible for managing our global cash and forecasting function as well as hedging, general foreign exchange, subsidiary funding, bank administration & relationship management, share repurchases and debt & investments. The team is heavily involved in international new market entry, new store openings and related projects, on a global scale.

core responsibilities

  • Manage global cash forecasting, consolidation and reporting
  • Manage Asia Pacific (APAC) cash by ensuring funds are allocated efficiently and timely to meet working capital needs and identify and execute on investment opportunities
  • Work with FP&A, Finance and Tax to update APAC cash flow forecast at regular cadence and conduct variance analysis and track liquidity across all APAC bank accounts
  • Support with local entity capitalization exercises by preparing cash flow forecasts and CAPEX requirements to local board of directors
  • Support with treasury operations in APAC, including but not limited to manage relationships with partner banks, support with local regulatory updates and compliance, and provide treasury and banking support to local Finance teams where needed
  • Support with new market entry efforts including but not limited to research currency and capital controls, open new bank accounts, manage payment and bank account setup in ERP
  • Support with bank access administration and treasury management system (TMS) maintenance including but not limited to maintain and validate data integrity within the TMS, troubleshoot data feed issues, explore and test new capabilities within the TMS
  • Perform adhoc reporting and analysis, and other treasury tasks and initiatives as needed

qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field required; CPA or CTP designation a plus
  • 5+ years of financial analysis experience in a multinational or complex environment, with 3+ years of experience in treasury or banking
  • Expert knowledge of MS Office- Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency with banking portals and financial tools such as Kyriba, Oracle EBS and Hyperion preferred

compensation and benefits package

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from $81,500-$107,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
