Job summary

Cardinal Health Canada is seeking an on-site Sr. Coordinator at our Applewood-Vaughan location to oversee day-to-day dispatching and private fleet operations.

The role involves monitoring e-logs for ministry compliance, scheduling drivers and equipment, and coordinating transportation activities within Concord Transportation Dispatch. The position contributes to efficient routing, urgent shipping resolution, and customer service, with a Monday–Friday shift from 11:30am to 8:00pm in Canada,

Qualifications

• Minimum education: HS Diploma, GED or technical certification in related field.
• Experience: minimum 3 years in related field (commercial carriers/private fleet) is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Access, OneNote).
• Experience with JD Edwards (AS/400) and SAP is advantageous.

Transportation is responsible for the movement of materials and products between suppliers, manufacturing, warehousing and the customer. Management of transportation assets and systems to gain greater service, cost efficiency and optimization of processes.

Cardinal Health Canada is currently seeking an on-site Sr. Coordinator for an immediate need within our Applewood-Vaughan location

The Sr. Coordinator is a part of the Concord Transportation Dispatch team and responsible for the day-to-day dispatching and private fleet of our private fleet driving team, monitoring e-logs for ministry compliance, Driver and equipment scheduling and other various private fleet dispatching responsibilities.

Hours: Monday - Friday: 11:30am - 8:00pm

Your Contributions to the Organization will be:

This Job might be for you if:

• HS Diploma, GED or technical certification in related field

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in related field (commercial carriers or private fleet), preferred

• Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Access, One Note)

• Prior experience with JD Edwards (AS/400), SAP considered an asset

• Team-oriented, committed, driven, assertive, curious and self-directed

• Problem-solving and multi-tasking skills, adaptable to change and able to reprioritize on short notice
