Job summary

Cardinal Health Canada is seeking a Sr. Coordinator at our Applewood-Vaughan location to support the Concord Transportation Dispatch team. You will oversee day-to-day dispatching, monitor e-logs for compliance, and schedule drivers and equipment for our private fleet.

Key duties include routing, prioritizing orders for operations, and delivering excellent transportation-focused customer service. This role requires multitasking, problem-solving, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED or technical certification in related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in related field (commercial carriers or private fleet), preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Access, One Note).
• Prior experience with JD Edwards (AS/400), SAP considered an asset.

Transportation is responsible for the movement of materials and products between suppliers, manufacturing, warehousing and the customer. Management of transportation assets and systems to gain greater service, cost efficiency and optimization of processes.

Cardinal Health Canada is currently seeking an Sr. Coordinator for an immediate need within our Applewood-Vaughan location.

The Sr. Coordinator is a part of the Concord Transportation Dispatch team and responsible for the day-to-day dispatching and private fleet of our private fleet driving team, monitoring e-logs for ministry compliance, Driver and equipment scheduling and other various private fleet dispatching responsibilities.
