Job summary

RBC Insurance in Mississauga seeks a Senior Agile Program Manager, Transformation, to lead a portfolio of strategic transformation programs aligned to RBC Insurance’s strategy. You will partner with senior leadership across lines on product development, client experience, distribution, and operational efficiencies.

You will drive execution, establish milestones, and promote agile methods to strengthen organizational transformation and delivery capabilities.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in large-scale transformation and complex program/portfolio management.
Exceptional ability to build strategic narratives and communicate to executives.
Strong project/program delivery expertise with agile and traditional methodologies.
Excellent relationship management and stakeholder communication skills.
Advanced financial management and budget oversight experience.
High resourcefulness and leadership to exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

Support strategy development and execution across multiple domains and programs.
Prepare executive-level strategic narratives for senior leadership and the C-suite.
Facilitate joint planning with clients and partners from formation to completion.
Ensure delivery of prioritized portfolio scope while managing risk and governance.
Establish milestones and enablement requirements; drive organizational readiness.
Introduce agile and streamlined approaches to portfolio delivery across frameworks.
Coach stakeholders to align requirements with transformation principles.
