Job summary

PwC Canada is seeking a Transformation Risk & Advisory Senior Manager to lead PMO tooling, focusing on Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps across large transformation programs. You will shape tooling strategy, design automation and dashboards, and guide governance to deliver high‑quality data and actionable insights.

You will manage on/offshore delivery teams, collaborate with executives, and drive integrations with Power Platform for enhanced PMO outcomes.

Qualifications

Extensive experience leading large transformation programs with on/offshore teams.
Strong governance, reporting, cadence and delivery processes for PMO tooling.
Proficient in Jira, Confluence and Azure DevOps administration.
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and dashboards for PMO insights.
PMO/transformation delivery certifications are assets.

Responsibilities

Lead a blended on/offshore team to design, build, and support PMO tooling solutions.
Own the Jira platform for program delivery—configure projects, workflows, and automations.
Define reporting needs and translate them into automated dashboards and governance packs.
Design data standards and controls to improve PMO tooling reliability.
Lead financial reporting and tracking within the program toolset for executives.
Develop governance strategies, cadence, and templates for program management.
