Qualifications

• Ten years of experience managing complex, transformational technology projects.
• Proven ability to deliver in multi-stakeholder environments.
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Kanban and hybrid methods.
• Experience with multiple integrated systems and vendors.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence and Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of enterprise architectures, integrations, data, security and risk.
• Strong communication, influence and presentation skills.
• Ability to prioritize in ambiguity and transformation contexts.
• Experience in banking, financial, or trade finance sectors.
• French and English fluency required for daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Governs large-scale strategic projects end-to-end.
• Defines integrated plans covering schedule, budget, capacity, dependencies, risks and benefits.
• Supports decision-making, prioritization and strategic trade-offs.
• Coordinates multidisciplinary teams of analysts, architects, developers, data scientists, and business partners.
• Anticipates delivery issues and implements mitigation strategies.
• Ensures alignment between business objectives and technical capabilities.
• Produces executive reports and presents progress to governance committees.
• Contributes to continuous improvement of project and portfolio management.
• Identifies and promotes opportunities for automation, AI and process optimization.
• Develops charters, governance structures, roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Manages risks, issues, dependencies, capacity and resources.
• Prepares executive status reports and recommendations for decision-making bodies.
• Plans change management, adoption and transition activities.
• Orchestrates work of contributing teams until production release.
