Aldwych Consulting Ltd. in Montreal seeks a senior Traffic Modelling & Data Analyst Specialist to lead modelling and data analysis for transport planning projects. You will own technical delivery, mentor junior staff, and collaborate internationally across Canada, the US and Europe.

The role requires 7+ years in transport planning with proficiency in Synchro/SimTraffic, strong report-writing skills, and fluency in French and English. Hybrid work from a central Montreal office is offered.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in transport planning and a strong specialism in traffic modelling and data analysis.
• Fluent in Synchro/SimTraffic and data interpretation for transport planning.
• Experience in Montreal or Quebec within transport planning, with public and private-sector clients.
• Strong report-writing skills and industry best-practice understanding.
• Ability to work independently, own technical work and mentor others.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead traffic modelling and data analysis across a portfolio of transport planning projects.
• Manage traffic and mobility studies from inception through delivery.
• Undertake modelling and data analysis to support transport planning.
• Provide technical advice to public and private-sector clients.
• Prepare and review high-quality technical reports and documentation.
• Take ownership of technical delivery and review colleagues' work.
• Mentor junior team members and develop modelling tools and processes.
• Collaborate with teams across Montreal, London, Bristol and Houston.
