Job summary

IFG International Financial Group Ltd seeks a Senior Analyst, Trading Systems Management to support and enhance trading and order management systems across asset classes. You will work with front, middle, and back office teams, technology stakeholders, data providers, and vendors to ensure system functionality and data integrity.

Responsibilities include system enhancements, data validation, dashboard/reporting development, and automation using SQL, Python, Excel, VBA, APIs, Tableau or Power BI.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in trading, portfolio or order management systems.
• Hands-on with Bloomberg AIM, Bloomberg PORT, ThinkFolio or similar OMS.
• Experience developing dashboards/reports with Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong grasp of front-office workflows, trade lifecycles, and portfolio operations.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical/data requirements.
• Experience with financial data, portfolios, trading activity, or capital markets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance trading and OMS across asset classes (Bloomberg AIM/ThinkFolio).
• Serve as central contact for system inquiries, troubleshooting and support.
• Gather, analyze, and translate requirements into system enhancements.
• Perform data extraction, validation, reconciliation, and analysis.
• Develop and maintain dashboards/reports to monitor trading activity.
• Identify automation opportunities to streamline data workflows (SQL, Python, VBA, APIs).
• Monitor data flows and resolve discrepancies with tech and data teams.
• Maintain documentation of processes, data definitions, workflows, and procedures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to align systems with needs.
• Support process improvement through data analysis and recommendations.
