Qualifications

• Must have strong knowledge of wealth management and capital markets operations.
• Experience with end-to-end trade lifecycle including entry, routing, execution, settlement, and reporting.
• Expertise in trade order management systems (OMS), trade amendments/cancellations, and risk/compliance controls.

Responsibilities

• Managed end-to-end trade processing from order entry, validation, routing, execution, allocation, settlement, and reporting.
• Analyzed trade status throughout the lifecycle including OMS, amendments, and cancellations; covered options and advanced trading concepts.
• Analyzed impacts of complex option trades on client portfolios and buying power; supported derivative trading workflows and risk controls.
• Conducted requirement elicitation sessions with Wealth Management, Trading, Operations, Compliance, and Technology teams; facilitated stakeholder workshops and gap analysis.
• Supported Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies; participated in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT activities.

Job description

Business Systems Analyst with strong knowledge of Wealth Management and Capital Markets operations, supporting the end-to-end trade lifecycle across equities, options, mutual funds, fixed income products (GICs/Bonds), Principal Protected Notes (PPNs), and Structured Notes. Expertise in trade order management, trade execution workflows, market data integration, order amendments/cancellations, settlement processes, and regulatory compliance. Strong understanding of advanced trading concepts including multi-leg option strategies, long/short positions, buying power calculations, margin requirements, and real‑time portfolio impacts. Experienced in bridging business and technology teams to deliver trading platform enhancements, process improvements, and production support initiatives.
