Job summary

Dutch Vet is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive cross‑functional growth initiatives from planning through execution and handoff. You will partner with Engineering, Product, Design, Marketing, and Operations to steer end-to-end program delivery and ensure transparent progress.

You will report to the Manager of Technical Programs and shape roadmaps, dashboards, and documentation. Bring strong TPM experience, agile practice, and data analytics to support executive decision-making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a TPM/Program Manager role collaborating with software engineering, product, and design teams.
• Strong ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with ruthlessly priored decisions.
• Deep knowledge of agile product development practices and modern PM techniques.
• Proven experience managing projects with Jira and driving end-to-end delivery.
• Excellent data analytics, communication, and cross-functional influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional initiatives to accelerate growth roadmap from planning to execution and handoff.
• Manage epics and sprints with Jira; maintain clear, actionable dashboards and boards.
• Create dashboards and timelines to inform stakeholders quickly and accurately.
• Facilitate quarterly planning cycles and sprint retrospectives.
• Resolve blockers and coordinate delivery across Engineering, Product, Design, Marketing, and Operations.
• Maintain documentation, team wikis, and roadmaps for clarity and traceability.
• Guide technical discussions with engineers and product leadership as a trusted partner.
• Align scope and timelines across departments to ensure cohesive execution.
• Maintain high standards of documentation and operational hygiene across tools.
