Job summary

MAP is a world-leading center of excellence delivering Adobe-based growth solutions. We seek a Lead Technical Project Manager to guide high-complexity Adobe Martech and data initiatives, acting as a strategic and tactical linchpin for client engagements and internal capability growth.

You will lead governance, standardization, and resource management while shaping architecture, data strategy, and delivery across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading Adobe ecosystem projects (ACC, AEP, CJA, Target, Marketo).
• Strong stakeholder management across multi-disciplinary teams and time zones.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic client outcomes.
• Experience mentoring TPMs and leading technical delivery in large-scale programs.
