Job summary

Google Public Sector is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead multi‑disciplinary programs from inception to delivery across Canada. You will coordinate requirements, schedules, risks, and communications with cross‑functional partners to meet contractual obligations and client expectations.

This role offers in‑office locations in Ottawa and Toronto, with remote options for Ontario. Minimum qualifications include a CS/engineering degree and 5 years of TPM experience, plus experience with

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in technical program management, software development, or related field.
Experience with architectural design and technical system analysis.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing software/hardware projects from inception to launch.
Candidates must hold or be eligible to obtain a valid Personnel Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

Apply development-level judgment to review architectures and shape technical specifications.
Manage milestones, dependencies, and risks across cross‑functional teams.
Ensure adherence to contractual commitments across MSAs, SoWs, and order forms.
Implement modern AI/ML tooling to automate workflows and boost productivity.
Build consensus across development, product, finance, and legal while refining PM methodologies.
