Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technology project/program management.
• Proven experience managing large-scale technology integration initiatives.
• Strong experience coordinating multiple vendors and third-party technology partners.
• Experience with enterprise infrastructure and technology delivery.
• Demonstrated experience with cloud migration, SSO/identity integration, infrastructure, information security, desktop/end-user tech, application migration and enterprise systems integration.
• Excellent project planning, scheduling, dependency and issue-management capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management with executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology integration activities across multiple vendors and technical workstreams.
• Coordinate 15–20 external technology vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones and dependencies.
• Manage vendor onboarding, communications, deliverables and interdependencies.
• Coordinate technical requirements and scope across vendors and internal technology teams.
• Track risks, issues, assumptions, decisions and dependencies through to resolution.
• Support integration activities involving cloud migration, SSO, identity management and information security.
• Facilitate project meetings, steering updates and working sessions.
• Ensure vendor deliverables are completed on schedule and meet agreed requirements.
