Job summary

Motorola Solutions Canada is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive complex, cross‑functional programs that span hardware, firmware, cloud software and AI analytics within the Video Security & Access Control portfolio. You will report to the Sr.

Director of Software Engineering, partner with engineering leadership, translate roadmaps into actionable milestones, and maintain program health with transparent updates to executives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Engineering Leadership within a product development environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex programs spanning hardware, firmware, cloud software and AI analytics.
• Coordinate with AVP/PM to translate strategy into technical milestones and execution plans.
• Identify and mitigate risks, constraints and dependencies across cross-functional teams.
• Oversee architectural discussions and trade-offs between scope, schedule and technical debt.
• Provide transparent updates to executive leadership and act as the single source of truth for program health, budget, and timelines.
• Continuously improve the engineering execution model across Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methods.
