As a Senior Test Coordinator, you’ll be a team lead on CIBC’s Technology team, assigning and overseeing the execution of test cases and providing coaching to your team members. You’ll create test plans, develop strategies, and provide estimates that will help create the bank of the future.

Details on your work arrangement (proportion of on-site and remote work) will be discussed at the time of your interview.

How you'll succeed

Use your expertise in software development testing to provide clients with quality products that meet business and system requirements.

  2. Leadership skills – Provide advice to your team, including ongoing feedback, support, and mentorship. Proactively identify potential issues throughout all test phases, and suggest possible improvements or enhancements.

  3. Project coordination – Identify obstacles or risks that may impact a project’s timeline or success and provide regular status updates to the business. Keep communication open with stakeholders, escalate issues when necessary, and ensure all test deliverables are received, approved, and aligned with your project’s timeline, budget, and goals.

Who You Are
