What You’ll Do

As our Senior Technician, you'll play a key role in leading and executing a variety of installation and service projects across our core service areas.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing installation projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and scope are met.
• Handling service calls independently, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Reading and executing detailed project plans and scopes of work.
• Performing hands-on installations and conducting quality control checks.
• Mentoring junior technicians and coordinating small teams.
• Managing project documentation and administrative tasks.
• Collaborating with clients and contractors to deliver excellent service.
• Staying up to date with industry trends and integrating new technologies.

What You Bring

• Experience in audio visual, structured cabling/low voltage, technology, and/or security system installations.
• Strong ability to interpret technical drawings, plans, and scopes of work.
• Proven leadership and project coordination experience.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Adaptability across various job sites and project types.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel (within HRM and occasionally out of town).
• Availability for regular weekday work, with only occasional evening or weekend work as required
• Ongoing commitment to learning and development.
• Certifications such as CTS, CCS, or other relevant credentials are considered an asset.
