About The Role

Clutch is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our People team! You have a knack for sourcing top Engineering, Product, Design & Data Talent, and are looking to kick-start your next role at a growing company!

What You'll Do

1. Partner with Engineering, Data, Design & Product leaders to develop and iterate on recruitment strategies that support the growth of their teams.
2. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process while providing a world-class candidate experience.
3. Own projects to build and refine our hiring and onboarding processes, DEI commitments, data initiatives, and more.
4. Organize and manage talent outreach, ensuring continuous targeting of high-performing candidates.
5. Conduct initial phone screens and communicate with prospective candidates.

What We're Looking For

1. Ability to build meaningful relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
2. 5+ years of experience recruiting for various technical roles, including Full Stack, Product Managers, Design, and more.
3. Experience in a dynamic, hyper-growth environment with adaptability and problem-solving skills.
4. Curiosity about technology and initiative to discover emerging trends.
5. Loves data and uses it to evaluate and improve strategies and processes.
6. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
