About The Role

Clutch is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our People team! You have a knack for sourcing top Engineering, Product, Design & Data Talent, and are looking to kick-start your next role at a growing company!

What You'll Do

• Partner with Engineering, Data, Design & Product leaders to develop and iterate on recruitment strategies that support the growth of their teams.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process while providing a world-class candidate experience.
• Own projects to build and refine our hiring and onboarding processes, DEI commitments, data initiatives, and more.
• Organize and manage talent outreach, ensuring continuous targeting of high-performing candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screens and communicate with prospective candidates.

What We're Looking For

• Ability to build meaningful relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• 5+ years of experience recruiting for various technical roles, including Full Stack, Product Managers, Design, and more.
• Experience in a dynamic, hyper-growth environment with adaptability and problem-solving skills.
• Curiosity about technology and initiative to discover emerging trends.
• Loves data and uses it to evaluate and improve strategies and processes.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
