A leading technology recruitment firm is seeking a specialized recruiter with extensive experience in sourcing candidates for technical roles. Qualifications

Job Description:
Responsibilities:- Partner with internal clients to develop sourcing strategy for current and future needs.
- Innovate on ways to build a talent pipeline and recruit in a variety of venues.
- Build strong pipeline to source and connect with potential candidates.
- Source candidates from relevant networks, online and internal databases, employee referrals and passive candidates through networking and research.
- Work internally with the hiring managers to understand positions and team needs.
- Negotiate offers by partnering with hiring managers and any relevant stakeholders and working cross-functionally with legal, compensation/benefits, immigration, etc.
- Create job descriptions, role profiles, and offer packages based on the position and company requirements.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience Specialized Technical recruiting preferred in full-cycle recruiting Ideal candidate will have in-house recruiting exp with other tech companies.
- Candidates should be experienced in building and managing technical pipelines (Mobile, SWE, Data Science or Infrastructure), targeting passive candidates, sourcing candidates through multiple creative channels, (web/social/professional networks, etc.), as well as having built a broad network of talent.
- Will consider candidates with 3+ years full-cycle recruiting including building pipelines, targeting passive candidates, etc.
- Will consider candidates with agency background if candidate has relevant experience sourcing for tech companies Data Science and Machine Learning (ML) Engineering sourcing experience preferred.
- Exposure to high-growth, fast-paced environments as they will be managing 6-8 open requisitions at any given time.
