Job summary

Bell is seeking a Senior Manager, Bell AI Fabric Strategy, to partner with senior leaders and accelerate strategic initiatives across enterprise-scale priorities. You will combine rigorous analysis, primary/secondary research, and executive storytelling to turn ambitious ideas into measurable outcomes.

You will manage complex programs, coordinate governance, and develop practical paths forward while championing governance improvements and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or related environments.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Strong project management across multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Excellent PowerPoint and executive presentation skills with clear narrative logic.

Responsibilities

• Support senior leadership on Bell AI Fabric Strategy initiatives from question through analysis and execution.
• Structure problems into hypotheses and research plans to produce practical recommendations.
• Develop and maintain integrated workplans translating priorities into actions, owners, and milestones.
• Create compelling executive materials with clear options, risks, and recommended actions.
• Lead sessions and governance reviews to secure decisions and drive momentum.
