Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.
• Experience translating telemetry and SME input into prioritized requirements.
• Proven ability to build relationships with SMEs and end users, and bring input into product decisions.
• Experience writing and reviewing requirements and acceptance criteria ready for engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own product artifacts from definition through release, including epics, features, requirements, acceptance criteria, release content, readiness tracking, and enablement materials.
• Prioritize the product backlog using telemetry, evaluation results, customer input, and SME feedback; synthesize into readiness, scope, and trade-off recommendations with the Product Manager.
• Build and maintain direct SME and end-user relationships within key workflows and problem areas; bring that perspective into product decisions through sessions, demos, and validation conversations.
• Use AI tools to generate concept and validation prototypes, test jobs-to-be-done assumptions, validate flows with SMEs, and de-risk decisions before commitment.
• Partner with the Product Manager, engineering, and UX to anchor the user and technical perspective.
• Support the broader Technical Product Management team by sharing domain knowledge, reinforcing standards, and mentoring newer Technical Product Managers.
