Job summary

You will partner with Engineering, Product, Manufacturing, Quality, Certification, and Sales to track progress and address issues before delays. The role supports coordinating between Toronto and Minneapolis teams, driving standard PM processes and tools across Engineering.

Qualifications

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication required.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across hardware, firmware, software, and systems.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering; advanced degree desirable or equivalent hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an integrated master schedule for each project.
• Publish schedules, status, risks, and decisions to leadership.
• Lead regular status meetings with owners and due dates.
• Plan integration and test events in detail and track schedules.
• Identify risks with mitigation plans and guide through hardware/software challenges.
• Coordinate across Engineering, Product, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Sales.
• Develop standard PM processes, templates, and tools for future use.
• Provide guidance to engineers and project leads on planning and tracking.
• Capture lessons learned to improve future estimating.
