Job summary

Ideal for early-career PM professionals transitioning from coordination to ownership, you'll work with engineering, production, supply chain, and commercial teams as the primary contact for internal stakeholders and customers on assigned projects.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent is required.
• PMP certification or active pursuit.
• 2 to 5 years of project management experience in engineering/manufacturing/distribution operations.
• Experience with ERP, MS Project, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects through the full lifecycle from initiation to closeout.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Track progress against milestones, costs, and quality targets.
• Identify risks and mitigation plans; escalate as needed.
• Ensure scope, cost, or schedule changes are documented and approved.
• Serve as primary contact for customers on assigned projects.
• Lead customer communications and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align resources.
• Contribute to process improvements and lessons learned.
