Job summary
Triton Environmental Consultants, Ltd. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead the Manufacturing Engineering team responsible for launching new production programs and sustaining existing ones with continuous improvement in quality, cost and delivery.
You will collaborate across Product Development and Manufacturing, drive standardized processes, develop tooling, review manufacturing documentation, support tooling sampling, and travel to global factories as needed.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree; manufacturing/mechanical or electrical/electronics preferred.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in electronics/electromechanical manufacturing.
- Experience with PCBA manufacturing and IPC standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead manufacturing engineering team with direction and mentorship.
- Collaborate with Product Development and Manufacturing for alignment.
- Participate in design reviews and improve DFT/DFM.
- Develop production processes, tooling and standardize manufacturing processes.
- Support new product launches and travel to global factories as needed.
- Drive continuous improvement in quality, cost and delivery.
