Position in this function is responsible for delivering services and maintaining Change Healthcare’s on-premises PACS and Cloud-based products, primarily through remote support with occasional travel up to 20%. This role involves daily communication with customers to ensure timely issue resolution and high satisfaction. Key responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving issues related to Stratus protocols, conducting functional inspections, monitoring data for accuracy, and validating system performance. Additional duties include generating customer reports (e.g., progress updates, verifications, and exceptions), providing remote and on-site technical support, conducting system trial runs, and performing hardware/software installations, upgrades, system configurations, and quality testing in accordance with Radiology feedback for workflow and tool improvements. The role may also involve participating in process improvement initiatives. Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years IT experience
  • Experience with Medical Imaging, PACS, or DICOM
  • Understanding of client-server architecture, especially regarding streaming data (images and demographics)
  • Proven customer service skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow effectively
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams; capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to travel up to 20%


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Gitlab and Jira
  • Project management skills and experience leading multiple projects
  • Knowledge of Cloud Storage, SAN Storage, DVD/MO Jukebox, or DLT Tape devices
  • Knowledge of image processing techniques
  • Knowledge of HL7 processes
  • Working knowledge of Unix/Linux
  • Understanding of medical imaging terminology and workflow
  • Proficiency in SQL Plus and MS SQL queries and report writing
  • Experience working on Unix, Linux, and VMWare systems
  • Experience setting up Google Transfer Appliances
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer service attitude

The salary range for Canada residents is $79,200 to $164,400 annually, based on factors like education, experience, and certifications.
