Position in this function is responsible for delivering services and maintaining Change Healthcare’s on-premises PACS and Cloud-based products, primarily through remote support with occasional travel up to 20%. This role involves daily communication with customers to ensure timely issue resolution and high satisfaction. Key responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving and Stratus protocols. The position also entails conducting functional inspections, monitoring data for accuracy, and validating system performance. Additional duties include generating customer reports (e.g., progress updates, verifications, and exceptions), providing technical problems both remotely and on-site, conducting system trial runs to verify performance against specifications, and performing hardware/software installations, upgrades, system configurations, and quality testing in accordance with Radiology feedback for workflow and tool improvements, and participating in process improvement initiatives. Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

The salary range for Canada residents is $79,200 to $164,400 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
