  • Use data to identify needed updates & gaps across roles and develop resources to close them.
What you’ll bring to the role:
  • 5+ years creating technical enablement with proven ability to consistently deliver high-quality content on time to meet desired business results.
  • Strong SaaS and Identity Management experience
  • 5+ years supporting customer-facing technical roles, such as professional services, technical account managers, technical support, or similar roles
  • Significant experience building self-paced training using video or interactive eLearning
  • Exceptional organization, writing, and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and measure the effectiveness of enablement programs
