We're seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our Wealth Management Monitoring team within Non-Financial Risk Technology, supporting the Risk and Compliance divisions by developing tools and applications to monitor Financial Advisor compliance with firm policies and procedures.

This role is a Lead Business Analyst position at Director level within the Technology division, responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying needs, and establishing requirements to improve efficiency and productivity through a combination of business acumen and analytical skills.

What You’ll Do In The Role

• Communicate regularly with product leads across the technology organization to identify opportunities for improvement in existing and future technology solutions.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, including Agile user stories, proof of concept models, and supporting documentation.
• Analyze data sets to identify gaps and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address them.
• Liaise with development teams to ensure products are developed according to specifications.
• Conduct Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), write and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans.
• Create and manage project plans at the project level and escalate delays as needed.

What You’ll Bring To The Role

• At least 6 years of experience as a Data Business Analyst in global organizations.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• Experience in financial services, particularly capital markets.
• Understanding of trade lifecycle processes.
• Ability to manage multiple functions and guide junior staff.
• Strong business line and discipline knowledge, with awareness of the competitive environment.
• Proficiency in Data Analysis, SQL, and relational databases.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience working in international teams.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across IT and Business groups across regions.
• Self-motivated, creative, and ownership-driven individual.
