Job summary

Airbyte is hiring a Senior Technical Account Manager to elevate customer success and adoption of our data infrastructure for enterprise clients. You will lead technical projects, collaborate with GTM, Product, and Engineering, and advocate for customers across cross-functional teams.

You will work remotely from Toronto, supporting East Coast Timezone, with a strong emphasis on onboarding, deployment, and growth experiences for customers using Airbyte connectors and AI-powered data stacks.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Deep, hands-on Kubernetes experience in production environments.
• 2+ years of startup experience in modern data infrastructure or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with one or more AI frameworks.
• Exposure to AI agent frameworks and prompt engineering is a plus.
• Proven track record of supporting products that impact business productivity.
• Exceptional customer orientation and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute customer technical projects, including implementation and deployment of Airbyte solutions.
• Guide customers through their journey with hands-on support when needed.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to identify growth opportunities and surface customer needs.
• Advocate for customers, represent Airbyte at events, and evangelize best practices for AI-ready data stacks.
